About Kilburn Genes
Welcome Cousins,
What you will find here is a collaboration of cousins, some cousins that I have
only recently met, and some I've known forever.
We hope to meet a lot of new cousins and add a lot more to our tree. This is a
work in progress so come back often for the latest updates. Don't forget to sign the
Guest Book. I have not made it private so any info you add to Guest Book will be seen
by anyone who opens the book, so only put in the book what you don't mind being seen
by the public.
Your Cousin, Joan
All the info on the Kilburn's, [besides Floyd] Shirley Peevyhouse contributed.
All the info I have starting with Engelhardt, Johann Adam and Umfress, Elizabeth
and all their ancestors was given to me by David Engelhart, he said this was his
mother's, Florence Odessa Stepp-Engelhardt, research, and I am very grateful for the
info. He is also the one we have to thank for the photo of Kunkleman, Eva
Katharina.
The last email address I have for David is dwe@brightok.net.
**As I have mentioned before this is a colaboration of many cousins, most I have not
met, that generously shared their work with me. [If I have not cited them for their
work, I will soon.] I have not re-checked their info on lot of this starting in the
6th generation but I added it because it gives me a place to start. Please use this
information in the spirit it is given.

Getting Around There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.
In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool. |
